My only regret is waiting so long to join!

I can’t say enough GREAT things about ER Fitness and Erin Renno!! I saw the fabulous transformation in my sister and was unhappy with how I looked and felt, so I joined in August 2012. I had always had good blood pressure but that year it was consistently getting higher. My dr was considering putting me on bp meds. I am now about 38 pounds lighter.
