ER Fitness offers convenient fun classes to get you moving! There is lots of variety as every class is different and uses various equipment and (sometimes) weights. Atmosphere is very upbeat with nutrition and health tips often discussed and provided. Erin is very knowledgeable- she even manages to keep everyone moving at a level and pace that is appropriate for their fitness level. She often modifies “moves” for individuals with previous injuries or sore spots to protect (or strengthen, as the case may be) from future problems. Everyone welcome! Try it out, you’ll be hooked.
